The U.S. has been a (mostly) communist country for more than 100+ years. The fifth plank (central banking) was instituted in 1913, for example. Allodial title clauses were removed from most state constitutions in the middle of the twentieth century thereby abolishing private property in land. Income tax (the second plank) began in 1916 but really became mainstream for most Americans with the Victory Tax Act in the '40s. Inheritance tax, civil asset forfeiture, zoning and planning, free government school; all examples of communist policies. Today, Americans practice 9 of the 10 planks almost in their entirety. (And they don't even know it.)

China is winning because it's an ethnically homogenous society with over 100 median IQ.

The Soviet Union failed because it was populated by sub-90 IQ Slavs.
