In 3 years the democrats will take office again, and at some point during these four years they will release the list since it compromises far more the Republicans than the Democrats. People forget quickly, so they'll probably wait until 2032 when the next elections draw near so the news obliterate all Republican party credibility. By that point he will be in his late 80s and most likely dead. Assuming he's not, he'll surely be by the time the trial takes place and ends, because by then he would be 90 and that old tub of lard is not living that long. Even if the Democrats release everything the moment they step on the office he will already be close to 83. It won't matter anymore. He knows if he plays his cards well and ignores the elephant in the room he will outlive the problem and die a free man.
