Imagine watching a movie. Then every 25 minutes the actors alls got together to tell us how its a movie and nothing is real and how they all played their part.
That's whats wrong with wrestling. Just like a movie, when the immersion is broken, so to is the interest in what is being sold.
To nail down to a point on why modern wrestling just seems like shit, everything is so scripted that nothing can be used to give an illusion of being a genuine experience
