I had one incident of kidney stones and they took a scan and told me mine were under average, very small under 4mm but it was still the most pain I ever felt. Since then I got paranoid and I drink more water, dont just drink water when your thirsty, drink extra. I dont want to feel that shit ever again.

Drink water instead of diet soda

I got a kidney stone when I was 18. Doctors called it the ‘Mac Daddy’ of kidney stones. Anyway, my diet consisted of a lot of salty foods but the worst culprit I think was Lays Chips so don’t eat that if you can help it. I never got one again but I pray I don’t because I’m not on good insurance anymore. They used ultrasonic waves to break mine up and I felt nothing except for a second a few weeks later. One of the worst pains imaginable. Like you got stabbed in the dickhole by a hot knife.

Kidney stones shoot gave me one of the worst pain in my carrier, but since I am a masochist I no sold that pain and went into business for myself. Now I think my pain receptors are jobbing and planning to retire.

after that one i dropped soda and only drink water and i try to at least drink a half a gallon a day

Had one two years ago. Urologist told me some people swear by Kidney Cop, a supplement you can get on Amazon. I don't take as much as it tells you to, but a lot of his patients recommended it and it has tons of great reviews. He also said he didn't know if it actually works or if it's just because the people using it have made changes to their diet. I also try to drink tons more water. Vaya con Dios, Anon.
