even during the Hulkamania/Golden Era heyday, Randy Savage couldn't wrestle. He was a classic case of "and then the bell rings" because he sucked at wrestling and his in-ring gameplay was so bad, he got hard carried by Ricky Steamboat during their WrestleMania III match.

i've never actually watched a randy savage match but i can tell you from studying it that his cagematch rating is very high so i really doubt this
