I don't personally think it is. But for every reason I think WM2000 is better than No Mercy I could see why people would. Two totally different companies for one. Anyone who liked WCW more than WWF will automatically like it more. Then there's nostalgia to factor in along with just plain personal preference

1. WCW Championship Mode>Road to Wrestlemania. There's a reason they went this for route No Mercy (even if you want to argue it's a hybrid of both).
2. That Battle Royale mode with whatever rules you could put in there was fucking dimes.
