Were they really trying to push a skinny dude with one leg as a legit, permanent competitor on the roster?
I mean, I would understand them only doing a short angle with him where he won one or two matches with outside help, on some inspirational 'Make-A-Wish' shit
But this motherfucker was wrestling regular matches for a couple of months - even WON one of them - and had a full-blown feud with Brock
Did they really think he was gonna stay over with fans just because of the sob story about his one leg?
I know it's fake fighting but geez, this is WAY outside the realm of believability

I really liked the match he had with Stephanie and Big Show, that was a genuinely good match with a great story
But they should have immediately put him in a tag team with a legit midcarder, maybe even have him contend for the tag titles
It was hard to take him seriously as a solo wrestler, but giving him a role where he could always tag in an able-bodied guy, that could have worked

I doubt that they were seriously going to make him a wrestler. His arm wrestling segment with Vince was great though. Honestly, the entire Mr. America storyline was great.

I like the zach gowen storylines

From what I heard Zach had a really big chip on his shoulder and everybody in the locker room hated him. It's no wonder he was constantly being humiliated all the time by Lesner.
