Kairi holding on makes Liv's weight shift to the right side where she can't break momentum like she does with her knee on her left. It's not when Liv hits the mat with her arms. When she couldn't break the fall with both knees she falls fully onto the mat, the weight and momentum transfers to the right and once she is going to lay flat that's when you see the shoulder dislocate.
