that sounds like a different medical condition. going from unbalding to norwood 7, but with no hairline recession, in 3 months is not normal MPB.
you can lose the back without losing the hairline though, like look at cena. perfect NW0 hairline but he's got a bald crown, or did before his transplant.

if it's not MPB causing it then it could be reversible
a lot of people think diet/stress can cause hair loss, it's probably not either of those cause that'd be very temporary
