Smarks are creaming their pants over Cena's promo because "he's finally behaving like a heckin real herlarino!" When he's been cutting promos saying the crowd sucks and is an idiot for 3 months. Those aren't heel promos anymore, because no one is actually invested in anything, no one believes or cares about anything happening. Based promo. I feel the same way. It's so disgusting to me what wrestling has become. The "fans" today don't even understand what it is. All those years of the haters mocking wrestling as "fake" finally won: because now wrestling is openly fake and the people that watch it do so because they like watching flips and moves without even an attempt at verisimilitude.

I hold out faith that they can at least salvage the ending of the cena heel turn. The reason it sucks so bad is because it's this weird shoot thing and has barely spent time developing cena as a bad guy beyond him doing genuinely the most generic heel shit I've seen.
