When it comes down to it, the three best oldschool hardcore feds would be ECW, FMW, and CZW. Pretty much everything else was imitating one or more of them.

By the way if anyone is wondering, you can watch this on IWTV. Its ten bucks a month for a sub, but that also gets you access to a bunch of other indie shows as well. There's a huge list of promotions that do their shows here, some of them are shindy garbage but a few of them are really good.

This is very well produced compared to oldschool CZW. It actually looks somewhat professional now.

Tarzan Duran just showed up, hell yeah. This guy is absolutely awesome, reminds me of Sabu more than anyone wrestling today. He's the guy who cut that promo where he had a hooker shoot sucking him off.

Now that was awesome, Tarzan took a flaming club and put out the fire by beating people with it. Absolutely savage.

I like the fact that Tarzan can do so many fire spots without having something go terribly wrong. That kind of thing happens a lot with fire gimmicks.

another good thing is that they finally seem to have the violence level right. They're keeping it hardcore without going all the way to the ultraviolent level every time. I like deathmatch wrestling but I don't know why some of these feds want to do whole cards of nothing but deathmatches. By the time you get to the main event, you're already burned out on it and the shock value is lost. CZW used to be really bad for that, but this show has had just the right level of violence I would say.

Now we got Rivality Vs The Post Game for the CZW tag team titles. Rivality have vowed that they will take the titles to Europe and never bring them back if they win.

From what I understand, CZW does have its own wrestling school, which might explain why most of these guys are very good in-ring. They aren't exactly drawing megadimes here but their training system does seem to be functioning well,

one thing I like here is the good storytelling. with every match, they use in-ring promos and other things to tell you the story behind the match. It doesn't have that repetitive feel that some feds do.

And now it's time for the main event, Deklan Grant Vs Eran Ashe for the CZW title

And Eran Ashe wins in fairly quick fashion with a flapjack powerbomb. I can't say I'm overly impressed with this guy as a champion though.

Really good show, the main event was a little meh but everything else was superbly done.

I just realized that IWTV has a huge library of old IWA mid-south videos, that is absolute hardcore gold right there. Definitely going to screenrecord all that.

A couple years ago Tarzan cut a promo for XPW where he legitimately had a hooker sucking his dick. they showed enough to confirm that it was not a work. You get a lot for that ten bucks a month, I think it's not a bad deal at all. There's a huge variety of promotions that do their shows on iwtv and some of them are actually really good. The ten bucks a month gets you all the livestreams for all the feds and access to their tape libraries as well. When motherfuckers are paying at least a couple hundred to attend a large show, I don't think that's a bad deal.

And here's the finish, Hawkins finally manages to put Brando Lee away and win the match. Dr. Sleep just kind of got pushed out of the way.

This next match had only one webm-worthy spot, but it was a pretty good one.

This match was easily the best part of the whole show IMO, Shlak delivers a savage beatdown while they keep the music playing just so he can keep dancing while he squashes this poor jabroni.

And SHLAK continues the punishment by gigging this jobber in the head with a piece of the chair.

And SHLAK finally ends this jobber with a very unconventional submission hold, forcing his opponent to join in the party.
