Imagine not knowing what a "title" is, but also making fun of Kev over his "adjective" error. Kev messed up once in front of live audience, but wrestling fans have spent years not understanding what a title is.
>a word that is used before someone's name, stating their social rank, qualifications, position in an organization, gender, etc.:
If Mr. John Smith is the General Manager of a Walmart, his titles are "Mr." and "General Manager". If Bayley takes him nametag, she has not taken those titles and obviously the name tag itself is not a title. John Cena has the title of "WWE Champion". That's his official position in the company. A belt is used as a physical representation of that, like a trophy in sports, and the concept goes back many years. I bet Big Kev understands the difference between a title and a physical object like a belt.
