There also should have been a stay away or no contact order. In fact, Ryback made it a point to say he got one. Violating a court order is a class A misdemeanor. That would have made it a bigger crime than both the new crimes listed. The cops wouldn’t have forgotten to charge Chase for it but it’s not on the booking sheet he posted. These charges must be new because there is a 12 month statute of limitations on misdemeanors. Ryback is the one who had to have called the cops. Did he forget to mention he has an order of protection? Did he forget to tell the cops this is an ongoing issue and the guy is on probation for it? Is he retarded? His probation office would be in the same city he was arrested in. There is no way an arresting officer doesn’t see he’s on probation. Bound over means it needs to go to another court. In the context of this it means if the cops want to move forward, let them, swear a warrant out and have him arraigned.
