There's a lot of ways WWE can handle it:
They can call it Super Wrestlemania or something like that.
If Saudi really insists on it being Wrestlemania, they could hold a second Wrestlemania event in the same year. AAA already does that with Triplemania.
I don't see them having one sole Mania in Saudi. They'd lose out on a lot of money, attention and interest if they did.

Though personally, Kenny's reign is the first bad thing to happen because AEW was already going to be a thing and dude just completely checked out.
