Xtreme Pro Wrestling
Thoughts on this promotion?
Anonymous No.18095290 [Report]
i was interested in the new series when he posted every week with the high pitched guy but it kinda faded away

Why’d they keep resurrecting the same shit fed that never drew a dime? This thing got like 20 revivals
Anonymous No.18095479 [Report]
It's all shitters have. They latch onto that little bit of fame. How many ECW reunions have there been?

Rob Black's way of exploiting talent.

Rob Black hooked me in by making it seem like he was going to lead the charge against woke faggotry in wrestling. Then he filled the shows with faggotry and satanism and created a MAGA stable just so he could use them as chickenshit heels, among other fuckups. Zandig was right, FUCK ROB BLACK. That being said, XPW had some great workers who could put on some great matches but their talents were wasted because the production quality was literally worse than 90's ECW shows. There came a point where I couldn't stand it any more. I will always enjoy some of the matches those guys put on, like Drake Vs Aero Boy or Shlak Vs Dirty Ron, but XPW itself was an abortion.

If it came back I would give it another chance but only if they get rid of that faggot who put the needle in his dick and never do anything like that again.

Most wrestlers seem to agree that Rob Black was fairly good to the talent and paid them better than most, that wasn't the problem. The problem is that Rob just didn't know how to run a show and failed to understand what his audience wanted.

Homeless Jimmy and White Trash Johnny Webb, two of the best characters they ever had.

It was a three way dance with Kronus as well. I saw this spot on DVD about 20 years ago and thought it was bad ass. Now I kinda feel bad for Jimmy. Guy probably broke his neck.

I feel bad for Jimmy for different reasons. He came back right at the end of XPW's second run and finally won the deathmatch title, but that was their final show. At least he got to go out on top in the only promotion that ever really liked him.

There’s just so many whys here
Why did he go OUTSIDE the ropes for his move
Why would you potato someone from the top fucking rope
Why isn’t the ref fuckin doing anything
Why did he not lay the guy FLAT on the fucking table
Why did the other guy allow this punishment on himself?

that was "the body", quite possibly the worst deathmatch wrestler of all time.

That show was a shit show too. It was at Genocide, a war games type match, only really low budget and the cage looked like it could fall at any minute if they tried to use it for spots.

It's just so sad, XPW could have been a monster. After ECW died, they were in a perfect position to take that spot but there were just so many fumbles.

Gather around children. I actually went to some of the LA shows back in the day. As a west coast ECW fan it was cool to see Candido, Sabu, Funk and Douglas. Pretty much all of the guys who would be considered XPW guys sucked and everyone shit on them. Only Messiah, Jimmy and occasionally Webb actually got fan support. I was taller than Supreme was I was like 13 or 14, his porn star valet Kristi Myst was taller than him. I guess he could barely do a moonsault and had a decent powerbomb, but everyone was willing to bump so I don't know why he got treated like a big deal.

That's awesome bro, I would imagine it was a lot of fun. And as for Supreme, I think he just had a certain natural charisma and a willingness to do literally anything. I liked him but I can see why other people wouldn't. Jimmy was definitely the best talent that came out of that place, although Messiah definitely had his moments too.
