It has been AEW's biggest problem from Day 1 and I've been complaining about it for years. They have no interest or creative ability whatsoever in developing new talent.

It's going to continue to be a problem and will just get worse now that WWE owns AAA and has WWE ID. AEW also already took all of NJPW's stars so there's no one to steal there and if they try to take anyone from CMLL, CMLL will stop working with them.

Tony also runs through new matches like socks which makes the need for developmental more important.
