What actually was "the positive" from the past two years? The booking and stories and all weren't any better. The Cody shit sucked. The Mania 40 main event sucked. I was there too so I don't want to hear any console warring. Nothing about the product changed besides them going like 10% more ad heavy. It's just like what happened with AEW. Public mass opinion sways and it was sitting heavily in the lap of WWE for the past few years. Enough happened or even just enough time passed that people are back to being tired of it. Smarks have said this shit about WWE since the fucking 90s. The product is always hot from the Royal Rumble to Mania and then gets cold until Summerslam and then it sucks during football season until it picks back up for next year’s Rumble. There might have been 3 or 4 years of WWE being consistently good all year long.
