Even the locals think it's disgusting. There a lot of bad reviews for it in Japanese on Google. Also apparently the owner likes to get the bad reviews taken down. I've seen a couple of Japanese reviews that'll mention their previous review getting removed but that they found the food so disgusting they went ahead and submitted another bad review.

Ikinari Steaks are great, not too fancy but fairly price, nothing like Ribera which is easily the worst meal I had in two years living in Japan.
