The Triple Threat Tag at All In is to get the tag belts off them without doing jobs.
They do not like to sell for most AEW wrestlers/people they haven't worked with before.

Golden Lovers are probably the only team you could make credible enough to have the Syndicate drop the belts to but I'd be surprised if Tony has Kenny lose to Okada unless Kenny insists on it so Golden Lovers can do one more run before Kenny or Ibushi's health explodes again.
