Remember when this nigga was clowning on Tony Khan by comparing playerbases on steam? Shit was funny af and got Tony to block him.

I know people play mostly for all the crazy shit you can do and that's great but I don't think this game gets enough credit as a wrestling sim. In terms of actual balanced and challenging combat gameplay there is none, but in terms of having an interactive wrestling show with the way the matches happen and the way stories unfold, it's the best game out there.

The lack of canned animations for shit like ring outs, table bumps etc means anything can happen in the match that you would see on TV, a powerbomb could send someone out the ring, a dropkick could send someone flying through a chair. Any move that sends someone in the direction of an object can throw them over it or collide with it. You can interrupt any move. Any collision while doing a move can cause damage ,so if you powerbomb person A into person B it can hurt them, or your missile dropkick can tag your team mate if he gets in the way, or a stray thrown weapon could deadstop it.

Same with storylines, the way your team mate could turn on you and start feuding with you if you hit them in a match, or referees who you're feuding with will slow count your pins. It's really fucking fun.
