I don't like being reminded of this guy's wasted potential. He had a pretty good wrestling career, but he still could have won more midcard belts and had at east a few more world championship runs. And let him beat more big names instead of being squashed by them.

Every wrestler you mentioned, Kane only ever beat them by cheating. He never had a clean victory over any of those guys.
Now I know a win is a win in wrestling, but he definitely should have had more championship reigns and epic moments.

First of all, it's fake, ya fucking mark. Second, Kane has beaten HHH and Undertaker clean for sure. Hell, he's beaten HHH in handicap matches (HHH with Big Show and HHH with Xpac) at least twice.

I know it's fake you son of a bitch. And no I cannot remember any time when Kane beat those guys clean. And those guys were good wrestlers and stars, but Kane should have been among them on that level.

This is a nothing point. Kane is still considered great even if he didn't win the fake gold. Could they have done more? Probably. But guy is still a legend tier GOAT even without it. Anyone who thinks he's not is deluding themselves.

Ask anyone's list of top tier guys and Kane is absolutely on it near the top. I'd rate him more entertaining than Trip H easily.

Exactly, he's entertaining, so he deserved more accolades. I know the argument has been made that Kane didn't need more gold because he himself was a walking horror prop, but then you consider the Undertaker (one of the best as well, don't get me wrong) who had numerous title runs and that argument falls apart.

Agree. Kane had a very, very good career, especially when you consider how it started. He actually managed to recover from the Isaac Yankem gimmick, something that most people would never have been able to do. Without Kane, the Undertaker would have continued to stagnate and do the same things over and over. And Kane doesn't need the fake gold because he's the big red mayor now.
