I get that it’s such a pervasive part of life for most people now but do you realize how dumb it is to give everyone on the planet a window into your life? Imagine if what you do isn’t strictly legal or hazily legal? Even if it is, what if you’re not declaring all your earnings? Every level of the government has workers that do nothing but look at people’s social media from the IRS right down to local town building departments. Even the dumbest of street gangs let alone high end crooks coordinate their actions with social media and people who commit crimes are less likely to call the cops if they are victimized.
