WM 40 had 3 great matches out of 14.

All In also had the better main event.

All In was better as the main event and all storylines had a satisfactory conclusion.

WWE had the opposite because nothing really changed and people were confused by the main event. WWE chose to have Travis Scott come out instead of coherent storytelling, although the story for the main event was nonsensical garbage anyway.

WWE isn't about the fans, merch or record gates anymore. They make most of their money cutting deals with other corporations. Say what you will about Vince, but I think he did care about the fans and putting on a good show.
