This is just poor scouting on Haitch's part. Everyone who has ever worked with Travis Scott in any capacity could've told someone at WWE that he's inconsistent, lazy, unprofessional, and has no work ethic. Fans of his music could have told you that. He often promises an album or a song, only for it to never release. And when someone asks him about it he'll say something "Oh trust me it's coming soon guys for real this time. It's lit!!" Other music producers complained that he steals their production and doesn't credit them. He literally stole this guys laptop before he got famous and used all the production for his mixtape. He no shows concerts sometimes because he's too fucking drunk or high to perform. He'll no show video filming and the whole camera crew is sitting there like a bunch of retards. He allowed a bunch of fans at his concert to shoot die and he just kept performing.
