and the problem with WWE is that WWE is more of a money grab. WWE is in a bad situation, but with just a bit of effort, they can bounce back. They just gotta put in the work.
the problem with AEW is that AEW is more of a personal playground with a bunch of people playing 24/7, not so much about making money, but more of a "we all just wanna hang out with each other" thing
some people don't wanna do that, some just wanna go out there and make a legacy.

I don't think that AEW really have a vision, because they don't know what the fuck to do.

same thing happened with Rusev, Aleister Black, Andrade etc because when they first go to AEW, they're happy to be there because they got all these ideas and potential
but the longer they stayed there, the more realized that
> we're just here. we're not really going anywhere.
and then they probably think the ideas that they're given, they really don't like them. And they're like:
> you know what? I talked so much shit about WWE, let me just go back over there because at least they had a vision and kinda knew what they wanted to do. Over here in AEW, we're just here.

I think that when people leave WWE and go to AEW, they go over to AEW because they're mad at WWE, but when they get to AEW, they realized that they didn't have it this bad in WWE.
some people can't swim in the ocean. they just can't swim in the ocean. and when you're in AEW, you're basically on your own.
At least when you're in the WWE, they can figure out something for you and kinda point you in the right direction.
But in AEW, you're out there on your own, and a lot of people can't survive in that environment.

This sounds like an AI generated opinion.

it's true man. Rusev, Aleister Black and Andrade thought they could all score big in AEW than they ever got in WWE, but as time went on, they realized they were the ungrateful ones who didn't realize they had it good in WWE because of AEW not knowing what the fuck they're doing

Meanwhile, they're all back in WWE and they're...just there.
