her booking has been all over the place for the past several months so I'm not sure how she's going to get written off - safe to say that even if her contract is up there's still probably a 30 day wait before she appears in AEW.

Forbidden Door would have been great for the debut because she's always done great with the UK crowds but I have a feeling WWE didn't want her debuting at All In or Forbidden Door for optics purposes. My hunch is that if it's in fact happening it'll probably be at Wrestledream (first time out of Washington State so they want to make a splash) or Full Gear (the early rumors and speculation I saw suggest it's going to be in Oakland or San Jose) which would be perfect because hometown crowd.
