Probably pg limitations and jew nepotism, you could get 10 bands lining up to do great butt rock entrance themes for free but they'd prefer to keep the rights of their music in case one is a hit
So instead these guys just make the most bland shit so wwe can keep the royalties for it and the band(?) gets some hot dogs in exchange
It'd be much better both for the product and the musicians to lend wwe free use of their songs as long as they get royalties for spotify, yt and shit because then they'd have good songs and could even make polls for the fans to get involved and pick songs themselves and the musicians get an advertisement platform for free
