The result of the massive inflation spike over the past 5 years combined with the Tariffs. Consoles are never again going to be as cheap as they once were.

Still, this is cheaper than the $600 PS3 back when it came out (which was probably equivalent to like $1000 in today's money or something).

Here's another thing you guys really should be complaining about here.

It used to be possible to trade or sell your old games after you were done with them. Not anymore. Even this so called "physical media" is just an empty box with nothing more than a code in it. Once you redeem it and its tied to your account, that's it. And then in another decade or two when Nintendo pulls the plug on this you won't even be able to play it anymore.

What sort of community creations are in this game? How does it work?
