A lot of the training overlaps. Most referees there are started training to be a wrestler. Also you don't need 5 years on indies reffing before you're ready for the big leagues kek

Refs get paid 125k a year according to Mike Chioda. But he said after travel and other expenses. The take home pay is 60k.
