What's his ceiling? He's been in NXT for almost 2 years now and it doesn't seem like he has gotten any better

i think being a lower midcarder on the developmental brand is his peak, realistically he can’t go any higher.
imagine him on the main roster. he’s obviously not a main eventer. cannot picture him as a singles guy in the upper midcard. he’s not even good enough to be a tag guy in the lower midcard. he could be a jobber i guess but even our current crop of jobbers is way better than him.
