Even if you made the point that these people are all shit, Shawn Michaels still made them come across like big stars and had the audience completely invested in them. Every time Triple Nose poached the roaster he wasted the talent that Shawn carefully cultivated. Now the NXT roster is so baren Shawn doesn't even have chicken shit to make into chicken sandwiches.

If TKO was smart they would give gaytch the boot and make HBK lead creative and head booker. But they won't, because Ari is a greedy jew that only cares about how much he can squeeze in the long term before he bleeds the company dry, breaks it up, and sells the tape library helter skelter.

Waller I absolutely expected a lot out of. He is tall, reasonably attractive, can take a bump, and can work.
Grug could have slotted into the Undercarder spot sans the spooky gimmick easily.
The rest would have made acceptable to excellent mid/lower card talent if they had been booked properly. The ones I didn't list are either Roxie who wasn't fumbled, or the rest who are so dimeless it is a miracle that Shawn was able to make them look as good as he did.
