>buy some good looking belts or trophies
>look for a venue to host shows
>buy some alcohol or snacks for the audience
>buy a ring bell
>pay for actual wrestlers, or convince some local retards to bounce around in your ring
>you need at least over 5 matches to have something resembling a 2 hour show

And that's probably it. You need a good chunk of start up capital and you need to invest in your business a lot because rings take a lot of abuse and need a lot of upkeep and wrestlers treat belts like shit.

Find an acting troupe smarten them up and turn them into wrestlers. They'll want to keep kayfabe. I honestly believe this is the best shot you could have now. Control it from the very beginning
