I don't think you can fix it. Fixing it involves bringing in new fans and if you watch WWE and not AEW by now chances are you aren't going to start ever. It's got the weird gay vibe to it now that isn't going away. The only real shot at another competitor to WWE would be to do something Lucha Underground style done totally in kayfabe, even in interviews and social media.
