Yes but Tony didn't personally tweet that Orndorff was banned from AEW.
The guy is a very, very sensitive businessmanhes very sensitive to face, especially losing and saving face.
If he does a tribute he'd do the right thing even though he banned Hulk Hogan, but it could look like he backed off from the stance he took against Hogan's racism, which to him is a very bad look.
They don't need to refer to anything Hogan did outside of the ring.
