I've listened to this guy's videos where he talks about wrestling psychology and character work and creating memorable moments and he sure comes across like a guy that knows a lot about wrestling.

No, those are different because in order to be a great football or basketball player you need to be naturally gifted. In ring psychology is something you have in your head, so he should've been able to apply it to any of his matches
