Nah it's the fact that Seth is Mr. Consolation Title, it's his place on the card
He's held these stupid not-the-actual-world-champ belts more than anyone in WWE.
Now they gave him Heyman and a world-beater faction, Roman isn't holding the other belt, and they STILL won't give Rollins the top strap.
