The tournament will be 3 months of round robin just to determine seeding. Then it'll switch to double elimination, but there will also be 4 wildcard spots for people who weren't in the round robin. Whoever finished with the most wins in the round robin and whoever wins the double elimination then has a 180 minute iron man match. The winner gets a trophy and a belt. He can trade 1 of them in for a shot at the TNT or ROH title. He can trade both of them in for a shot at the international or continental title. Tony decides he's going to start giving out stars now that Dave is dead. So if the winner has enough trophies, stars, and belts, he can challenge for The Ultimate Star of David Meltzer which is a 6 foot tall Jewish star that the winner wears like a backpack for the rest of the year. Then next year that wrestler will be top seeded in the round robin tournament and get a 1st round bye in the double elimination tournament only if his match time average divided by number of wins plus stars received during the matches is over 30.

Meltzer never had anything official to do with WWE programming and never featured on their TV, and most of his interactions in recent years make him look stupid.
