No, he's not. If he was Vince Russo 15 swerves would happen that make no sense on every show.
Vince Russo was only good with someone like Corney to keep him in check, but as soon as everyone gets tired of Cornette's bitching and moaning, Vince Russo gets to go free and spaz out.
Haitch needs someone to counteract him like that. He surrounds himself with yesmen, when he desperately needs someone to challenge his booking ideas.
