Im not sure about the worth of a $ compared to € since our cost of living differs wildly. But also these cars are old and have lost 1/3 to 1/4th of their life already. If you just want to get from point a to b, you can pay the same for a "lesser" brand and not only get a "somehwhat new" car. And a lot of newer cars come with many QoL which "old timers" dont offer. Plus for every car sold there is a reason why its sold. The majority of people dont fucking bother for regular check ups. so chances are you are buying a car who had to run with a broken leg. Sure you can repair, but the damage lingers.
If you want a classic car because you are a car nut, I mean... maybe? But you should look elsewhere still
