She gets next to no screen time. I've said this before, when Raw is live they never mention what happens on Smackdown, not even a casual recap of significant events so at the very least Giulia only gets one segment a week.

That isn't enough to get someone over if they want someone to get over.

They should've done the open challenge thing with Giulia, too. Establish her as a woman that doesn't hold anything back and just have her wreck through a chunk the roster. Bring some NXT stars in as well, and suddenly you have something cool to look forward to every week with Giulia. There's no point in making someone champion if you don't use them every week.

The booking has been weird all year but the women have had it worse, Iyo barely defended, then they started the Yuri angle with Rhea, Vaquer and Giulia had a big turn angle in NXT then got called up immediately and it was instantly memory holed to put Giulia on Smackdown for some reason, Vaquer won a title shot then did nothing for almost 2 months for no reason while they seemed to have no opponents for Giulia and in the middle of this, every PPV had a mandatory Lyra match in complete and utter silence, while Becky and Nikki and AJ Lee were busy reminding us that WWE women's wrestling only got good really, really recently
