It 100% will. This applies to over-engaging in any sort of fanbase community for anything you like or any hobby. If everyone went a month without /pw/ or twitter or any kind of social media or forum and just watched the show and let it be that, be it WWE or AEW, they'd find they liked it a whole lot more than they do

When you realize 90% of the posts here are bad faith attempts to troll, it makes it easier. I still think there is enough redeemable shit going on in WWE to still make it worth watching but if you take /pw/'s word for it, it's the worst it has ever been and you are a retard for liking anything. I watched through the dead crowd era where no one was over and people were leaving during the main events. It's not anywhere close to that right now.

I really do think this is true. It's a shame because this place is really addicting for some reason, which is surprising considering so much of what's on this board is even crappier than wrestling.

Yeah, it's funny. When I sit down and watch something, I enjoy it. But the shit around here gets in my head and makes it difficult to convince myself to watch in the first place.
It's funnier because just watching shit would actually be healthier than shitposting here.

Nah, I'm not here to brag or tattle on myself. It's irrelevant. >>19236043
Perhaps. I probably misspoke. Fact is, I'd sincerely miss *some* of you.

I appreciate that, but I'm planning on having my retirement match just yet. I've been here for going on two years.
There's some annoying trolls around here but a lot of you are pretty damn cool in my book.

I understand that. And I wouldn't have it any other way, I mean I choose to come here.
I was mostly just observing that coming here makes watching pro-wrestling a bit less enjoyable. I'm not blaming the board for that or saying anything has to change. But it's true anyways.
>>19236060 >AEW ratings suck >NXT does better than them >Smackdown lingers around the 1m mark >Joshi threads are everywhere >That one guy still really hates Mariah May >Ticket posts for shows months away are used as gotchas >KWABOTY threads >Twitter screenshots >Everyone crying about shows they don't even watch >Some performative outrage issue is going on that's just thinly veiled console warring
There. That's the next week of /pw/. You won't miss anything. I promise you
