>>6264668>Mountain Ranges(5)Three in number rise on Turdea, the first and tallest range, the Kaledons, cleave apart the west and the east of the continent, and it's surrounded by these high peaks that the Garden of Abundance is hidden from the world. The second range, the Hyrsines, rose off the South-Eastern coast of Turdea, while it's counterpart in height and lenght, the Arpines, does the same on the North-Eastern side.
Rivers(2) + Lakes(2)
Two great lakes, to have been named inland seas had it not been for the fresh water that made them, are the Greater Sirand and Lesser Sirand. The greater one has formed between the Kaledons and Arpines, while the lesser one exists in the flooded valleys formed by the River Yalthan on its way to the ocean and fed into by the many streams of the Hyrsines.
Biomes(3)
In the middle of these bodies of water stands the Central Highlands, a fertile plain, 400 meters above the sea level, that has earned its name in comparison to the flooded valleys of the Sirands.
Culture(3)
On the Eastern edge of the Central Highlands, humans have begun gathering themselves to build dikes and organize their farmlands to mitigate the floods that arrive under the influence of the Yalthan or perhaps from the melted snow of the Arpines.
This primitive society has taken to call itself Ren. they follow a clan organization where each family is responsible for a certain portion of the irrigation system. Each clan is led by a class of shamans whom have learned to communicate with the Perae and have established a decentralized animistic tradition. They cultivate grain.
Myth(1)
The people of Ren have been informed by the Perae of their creation from the Goddess of the Sun and the God of the Earth, they have contextualized this as a divine marriage, codified in the oral tale of "The Union of Earth-Sky". This has emphasized the importance of marriage, with the event itself taking the shape of a reenactment of the supposed marriage between the gods.
