Posting one line of info and asking a broad question without giving us any idea of our limitations, abilities, etc. doesn't really do much for the process. Oftentimes quests give a few options for how to progress, such as:
>Meet with the Inchling Ruler to talk strategy.>Go to the pub and see if you can drum up any info.>Head to the human kingdom and try to reason with the King.>Take the Inchling Lands for yourself.>Write-InThat's not the only way to do it, of course, but it at least gives potential players an idea of what they're able to do and gives you, the QM, an idea of what you'll write next. Again, you're probably long-gone, but if you aren't then I think this is still salvageable. Just gotta rework it a little bit.
