Grand Zen-Oh, the omni king and ruler of the omniverse has declared there will be a massive tournament to be held in his honor. A grand affair between several universes, each battling it out for the very right to exist. And at the forefront of this grand spectacle will be the Saiyans of Universe 7, who Grand Zen-Oh has grown fond of watching battle. Twenty eight years ago, the Saiyan race were annexed into the PTO as just another race, one of many sent to conquer other worlds. Now, the Saiyans are widely regarded as the strongest warrior race in the entire Seventh Universe, defenders of the PTO led by their strongest, the “Dragon of New Salda” General Karn and his family.

You the players will (most often) control Karn. A man who has grown from his lowly beginnings as a Saiyan Brawler with a sub-3000 powerlevel in Age 733 to become not only the strongest Saiyan of his time at AGE 759, but also personal friend to the former emperor Lord Freeza, father to well over a dozen powerful and unique children, a mentor and teacher to his fellow Saiyans, and the best hope for his universe's continued survival. No one warrior can hope to battle eight other universes' strongest fighters alone and hope to prevail, one man's power and skill won't be enough to overcome the looming threat of extermination. But this coming battle will be the ultimate test of how you've lived your life until now, the choices you made not only for yourself, but for the fate of your entire universe.

Previously on Saiyan Conqueror Quest:

At the Zen Expo, the merged Ginyu Force faced Basil the Kicker for the first round. Thoroughly trouncing his opponent, even with the admittedly cheating powerup he was given. Next up was Karn vs Lavender, the poison-wielding youngest brother of the Trio de Danger, who despite getting his poison to work, couldn't beat Karn and was thoroughly defeated. And finally came Chaya vs Bergamo the Crusher, powering him up to max and defeating him without ever going full power. However, after the rules for the Tournament of Power were declared, a warrior from the 11th, Toppo, challenged Chaya as well. And as we rejoin Karn, the fierce battle has really heated up since she was pushed to Super Saiyan Blue.

“Oh? I'm surprised he can keep up with Blue. Holding back as he is.” Freeza says as the fight continues, the two fighters moving as little more than blurs as the shock waves of their collisions blast out for over a minute. Sending debris from the stage in all directions, smashing several of the pillars before Chaya finally wins the exchange. Sending the larger man crashing down to the stage with a double hammerfist.
“Let's see how you handle THIS!” she roars with a snarl, aura blazing as she throws her hands wide, gathering her power. But Toppo doesn't let her, raising a hand towards her and bracing it with the other as she joins her hands before her for a Final Flash.
“Justice Flash!!” Toppo bellows, firing a barrage of blasts from his fingertips. But right as the attack's about to land, Chaya just VANISHES. Crossing the distance between them instantly with Instant Transmission, appearing just under his outstretched hand. With his arm still upraised, defenses down and giving her a wide-open shot. “Wha-?!”

“FINAL FLAAAAAAASH!!” she roars, unleashing the powerful golden beam point-blank. The blast engulfing Toppo completely and chewing through the fighting ring. You sense his energy get swallowed up by the beam as he disappears inside that light.
“That looked like an execution.” Beerus notes, a hint of something in his voice.
“She certainly went overboard.” Whis adds, but you know it's not over yet. And sure enough when the light fades and smoke settles, you see the big man still standing. Clearly having gotten his guard up enough just before the impact. But he isn't unscathed, his uniform torn especially around his guarding arms. “Well well, looks like you can take a hit big guy.”

Panting, Toppo drops his arms, only to notice the damage to his uniform. Eyes widening in shock or probably outrage.

“To wear the uniform of a Pride Trooper is to wear the ideals of honor and righteousness! And when you sully this finery with evil, you sully all the Troopers, and the very Pride we fight for!” he declares, a furious note to his voice as you sense his power begin to skyrocket. No longer holding back, finally beginning to reveal his true strength. His aura blazes red and gold, almost like a Kaio-Ken'd Super Saiyan as he starts posing once more. “I'll administer the harshest judgment the Cosmos has ever seen!”

“That's it, stop holding back!” Chaya declares, her own aura blazing up in response. “Come on, push me to my next form. Let me REALLY cut loose, and fight like I mean it!” Chaya responds, you immediately hearing the worried murmurs of the assembled deities.

“She can grow STRONGER?”
“That woman is a monster.”
“What kind of battles has the Seventh been through to produce such a warrior?”
“Goddess of Victory indeed. That one's dangerous.”
“I can't believe she's pushing Toppo so far. What is with this Chaya?”
“HRRRRRRRRR!!” Toppo bellows, aura blazing higher and higher. But Chaya doesn't relent, also powering up to match. The two not slowing down, their powers climbing higher and higher until-

“And that's enough!” the Grand Priest calls, both fighters stopping immediately and turning to face him.
“Whaaaa? But I want to see what happens!” Zen-Oh complains to the Grand Priest. Who seems completely unphased, addressing the ruler of all.
“If we let them continue, one or both of them could end up dead, which would undercut the utility and excitement of the tournament itself.” he says apologetically to the Omni King. “Might we stick a pin in this, your majesty, and save it for the battle royal?”

“Uhhhh.” Zen-Oh hesitates, looking uncertain.

As much as you want to see how this fight plays out, you look down to Chaya, who immediately powers back down to her full base form without hesitation.

“You're right, Grand Priest. We wouldn't want to finish one of the most exciting fights before the tournament even kicks off.” she says with a wink and thumbs up to Zen-Oh before turning back to Toppo, holding her fist out to him. “And I'll see you there. But you'd better not hold back like you were here, or I'll throw you out without a contest at full power.”
“I will never fraternize with evil. And while I hate to even speak with you, you must know the truth.” Toppo says, turning his back and walking away, only to stop as he says “the truth”. Silence hangs for a second before he continues. “There is another warrior from the Eleventh Universe who's even stronger than I am, villain. My sworn ally, Jiren the Gray! If you can only fight me on an even playing field, you have no hope of defeating him.”

With that he continues walking away, then leaping from the fighting arena back to his universe's platform.

“Jiren, huh?” you mutter, Chaya turning and leaping back up with the rest of you. A thoughtful look on her face. Immediately you can tell she's thinking the same thing, wondering just how powerful this Jiren'll be.
“Now that the fights are settled, I shall begin preparing the ring for the Tournament of Power in the Null Realm.” Grand Priest says, holding up a small orb of energy in his right palm. “I'm afraid construction will take some time, so I ask for your patience as we begin a... Necessary hiatus before the tournament. And this concludes today's events. Everyone, please meet back here for the tournament's official start on day three billion, one hundred thirty five million, five hundred thousand, six hundred three of the Royal Calendar. We'll kick things off promptly at 157 o'clock.”

“Just a moment, please!” Chaya calls, Grand Priest turning to look questioningly at your daughter.
“Yes, what is it Chaya?” he replies, a small, smug grin tugging at the very corner of his mouth.
“Sorry I don't know your calendar, but when will the arena be done? I'm just itching to get started!” she replies, still clearly fired-up from her fight with Toppo.


“It shall take five Tiks.” Grand Priest replies instantly, then seeing her confusion continues. “Or, converted into your Seventh Universe's standard time, approximately forty hours.”
“Two days? Alright, I can wait two days.” Chaya replies with a grin as the deities murmur and chatter. Clearly surprised by the short timeframe they have to gather a team before the fates of eight universes will be decided.
“Ohh? Forty hours to gather our team and ready ourselves for battle?” Freeza asks, chuckling. “Ohh hoo hoo ho hoo. Quite the challenge, you've laid down. Two days to gather a team, scouring your universes to find enough fighters ready to compete. I do feel sorry for them.”

“Sorry?” Beerus asks him, whirling on Freeza. “The hell do you mean, sorry?”
“Because, Lord Beerus, we already have enough ready and willing, capable fighters gathered on Karn's planet for two full teams, plus substitutions.” Freeza says with a menacing grin, voice loud enough to make sure the other deities hear his boasts. “While the others struggle to find enough capable warriors to compete in this grand game, our greatest struggle will be determining which of our ample fighters should participate. Is that not cause enough for celebration?”

At his words you feel the other universes' glares on him, Freeza's tail twitching once the only sign he can feel them as well.

“All right, dear friends, we'll see you all again when preparations are done. Good luck.” Grand Priest says, crossing his arms then swinging them out to his sides. And before you can react you find yourselves all back on Beerus' planet, no longer in Zen-Oh's realm. Seems he must have sent every set of deities back to their own universes.
“Whis. What are our chances of actually winning this thing?” Beerus asks, turning to his advisor and companion.
“From what I've seen, I believe that every universe in attendance will try and gang up on Chaya immediately.” he answers, much to Beerus' worry. But Chaya seems completely unphased, lacing her fingers behind her head.

“Don't worry yourself. This tournament's as good as won.” Freeza answers confidently, then turns to you. “Who should we visit and recruit first?”

“Don't worry, we won the expo.” you answer. “But we need to talk.”

Then with a thought cross the spaces between you, teleporting yourself, Ginyu, Chaya, and Freeza to your son's world. Appearing beside him, standing on the ceiling of his crystal home.

“Talk about what?” he replies aloud, turning around and meeting your gaze. Seeing you all gathered, eyes narrowing a bit.
“Gathering our team.” Freeza says, you all quickly getting your son up to speed on the rules and everything that transpired.
“Ten fighters, huh?” Chilli answers, crossing his arms. “Losing Future Chaya, Towa, and Ace is a blow, but at least there won't be a bunch of Zamasu. Even still, we have that Moro to worry about. And this Jiren, if he's really as strong as Toppo thinks, that's another big threat.”

“It would be safe to assume every universe has at least one ace fighter.” Freeza says calmly. “Universe 6 has their assassin Hit, the Eleventh this Jiren, and I believe I heard it was the tenth that Zamasu has that have Moro. Who'll no doubt be deployed to this battle as well. In short, we have to be prepared for everything.”
“I've figured out a way to stop Moro's energy drain, or at least slow it down. But with so many fighters, it won't make a difference. We'll have to stop him first.”
“With everyone focused on me, you should be able to get to that goat man and take him down easy.” Chaya says, laying her hand on her brother's shoulder. “Kick his ass.”

“And as much as I would enjoy battling that Toppo fresh, we must prioritize targets. With seventy fighters and ten of us, each of us must take down seven fighters apiece, if we're to win.” Ginyu says seriously. “So everyone we choose must be the absolute best at something.”
“I agree. While simply compiling the ten physically strongest of us in one team could be an option, it would be foolish. We have no way of knowing what sorts of tricks the others have up their sleeves.” Freeza says, then nods to you. “Especially if others use poisons like that Lavender, or other debilitating abilities.”
“Right. We need to be unbreakable. Not just with power and abilities, but our teamwork too has to be the focus.” Chaya says, surprising you that SHE's the one who'd suggest it.

“It's an eighty fighter brawl. But with there being teams, the smartest move would be to move as a group, and not just attack whoever you come across.” Chaya says, holding up a finger. “Fighting alone is a good way to get flanked by another universe third-partying your fights. No, at least in the initial stages we'll have to fight together.”

She then holds up her hand, forming a replica of the arena with her ki. Chilli, leaning in and studying it, takes in the shape of the stage.

“Hmmm. No real defensible spot. And atop the central pillar there's quite the trap. Anyone from the rest of the entire stage can snipe you from up there.” Chilli muses, idly creating his own copy of the stage in his crystals floating in his hand. “The safest place would be down by the base of the pillar, with something solid at our backs. But the others'll probably be thinking the same. Which means that is where the fighting will be most fierce.”
“We can strategize once we've gathered our team.” you say, placing your hand on your son's other shoulder. “Can I count on you to fight by my side, son?”
“Of course. I'll be there.” he replies, then suddenly his eyes widen. “Wait. Forty hours, right? Eight hours apiece, that would give us five shifts of four full months inside that time chamber before the tournament begins. We don't have time to waste, we need to determine who is fighting, or who'll start in the chamber.”

“Four months inside is eight hours out here?” Freeza asks, then turns and looks at Ginyu. Who nods back, Freeza turning to you all and answering. “The good captain and I are going now. I'll leave the rest to you for now, Karn. Chaya, if you would?”
“Of course. Meet you back home Dad.” Chaya replies, using her Instant Transmission teleports Freeza and Ginyu away. Leaving you and Chilli standing alone on his roof.

Four months...” he mutters, you seeing the resolve hardening in his eyes. “We need to figure out the rest of our team.”
“And we will. But who else should we have?” you ask him. “There's your mother, Broly, Caulifla, King Vegeta, Cooler, King Cold, Bardock, hell that's already two more than we need. And I barely got started listing who all can fight.”
“We're spoiled for choices, that's for sure.” he answers, closing his eyes a moment. “But we need someone else. We shouldn't decide the fate of our universe just by ourselves.”

“Agreed.” you reply, raising your right hand to your forehead, focusing. But who do you go see next?

Teleporting from your son's home back to your own home, appearing with your son by your wife. Who is with your youngest Karn Jr, blocking a barrage of his transformed punches in your ship's gravity chamber.

“Haaaa! Hrra haaa hyaah! Haaaaa haa hrraaa!!” he shouts, unleashing a barrage of powerful swings at your wife. But she blocks his every strike with apparent ease, deflecting his attacks until he notices you. “Dad? Chilli?!”
“Everything okay hun?” your wife asks, taking the moment to sweep junior's legs as he flies distracted. Knocking him off-balance and dropping him to the ground. But before he can fall she catches his wrist, holding him up. And seeing Chilli with you her eyes narrow. “What is it?”

And once again you explain everything, including what Chilli realized about the time chamber where Freeza currently is with Ginyu.

“Four months each, huh? Interesting.” She says, a hand going to her chin. “But with Chaya having already gone twice, she can't go again. So we have an open spot for someone.”
“If someone wants to learn a skill from someone not going to participate in the tournament, instead of working on power.” Chilli says. “Or perhaps they'll use it for some other purpose. But as it stands, we already have five fighters, and five slots to fill.”
“Hmmmm.” your wife replies, not immediately answering this revelation. “Seems that we have more fighters than spots, since we're only allowed ten combatants each. And with Freeza gone to train, along with Ginyu for the next eight hours, seems we'll have to make many decisions ourselves. Including who to include in this little tournament bracket. But one fighter should be Caulifla, if she can come. Her power will be invaluable, should anyone take damage. Or get poisoned by another menacing coward. Between both of your magics, that should handle the magic side completely.”
“I was thinking the same.” Chilli answers, Junior suddenly speaking up.

“I want to help. I want to stop bad guys too.” Junior declares, eyes burning with passion. “I can fight!”

Best to get to the point and let him down easy. If this were a friendlier tournament with less stakes, I'd bring him.

Lets lay down the facts: Jr's powerful and has stamina in spades, but he's got a very low amount of field experience, second to Haathe. An 80 person brawl is a lot to keep up with, even if half the roster are worthless shitters. Forget about Hit, anyone who can sneak worth a damn or have special tricks could be a significant problem for Junior, and having to babysit him while keeping up with the chaos is not ideal. Not to mention that he's free food for Moro who is confirmed to be in the tournament and unlikely to be pulling a fast one in person, so it'd be better off to bench Junior. Sorry kiddo, maybe when you're older.

“Y-You mean I get to protect our home?” he asks, eyes wide and sparkling with excitement. He then stands up ramrod straight, snapping you a proper Saiyan salute. “I won't let you down Dad!”

“Then let's go.” Chilli says, the four of you leaving your ship's gravity chamber. Heading out of your ship and taking to the air, flying from Dragon City, your city towards Vegeta City. Flying over the forest and over to the king's palace, landing on the front steps. Just as King Vegeta IV is emerging, his wife on his arm and his young son walking out front.

“Oh, General Karn!” the young prince says, a surprised smile on his face. “What are you doing here?”
“Hello, young Prince Vegeta. We need to speak with your father.” you say to the boy, then think to his father. “It's serious.”
“Hrmm. Very well. You two go on ahead, I'll catch up in a minute.” he says to his family, flying up a foot into the air and kissing his wife. “I won't be long, promise.”

“You'd better.” she replies, leaning in and whispering something in his ear that causes him to blush before she takes their young son's hand, continuing down the steps. Karn Jr gives you a look, looking from them back to you. You give your boy a nod, Karn Jr smiling as he rushes off with them. The two young boys talking excitedly to one another.
“So. How bad is it?” he asks once they're a good distance away. And so you telepathically tell him everything as well, realizing you probably should have gathered everyone and just explained this one time. “Hmmm. I see. Not only do we need a team of ten of our strongest to go forth to protect our existence, but also keep enough fighters back to preserve our world here. Should another threat attack again. Do you want my advice?”

But with so many of our allies spread across the universe, who else will you ask along? Between yourself and Meloka, Chaya, Freeza, Ginyu, Chilli and Caulifla, that only leaves three more open slots. Amazo would be a godly pick for this tournament but I'm not holding my breath. Ubo is also a good pick but I anticipate that his schedule might be packed and the World of Void would be a debuff to his sun powers. I still feel touchy about Raditz and since Chaya's a lock for the roster, he'd be the last person I'd bother for this. Arctus has a pretty good debuff type Stand and has a cunning head on his shoulders, but he's invaluable with surveillance back home. Broly's extremely powerful, but doesn't offer too much versatality.

And before you can say anything else, you sense them. King Cold and Cooler have arrived. You both turn, seeing two lights flashing in the sky. Seeing the emperor of the universe Cooler and his father both flying into your planet's atmosphere.

“Now, let's make sure we're ready. That we've got a plan to save our people.” you say, Meloka nodding to you. Because it really is that simple. No matter how high the stakes get, all that matters is that your family, your friends, and your people all are counting on you. And no matter what, you won't let them down.

Angels will probably spot him, though will they act? Also remember Universe 3 the technologically advanced one where they have Dr. Paparoni. Things are different than they were in canon timeline. Maybe he is now smart enough to detect Amazo doing his scouting and then try to recreate his own version of it, so we will be fighting something that reassembles the way Amazo works. How good the their copy will be may depends how much of a genius he is. I mean this whole assumption may be completely not true, but Chronoa did changes to timeline, so maybe Paparoni is now noticeably smarter than he was in canon story. Maybe.

With you leaving, Karn, there's no doubt in my mind that Zamasu will send his people after you. “If they try it, they'll get a harsh lesson. They'll be dead and mocked the universe over for their failure.” you say, but in the back of your mind there's a slight, nagging doubt. After all, none of you could sense the ki of anyone from the 9th.
“Speaking of, we'll save discussion of the other universes for once Amazo returns.” King Cold says, steering the conversation back on track. “For now, we must assemble our teams. For we have not just this tournament and New Salda to care for. But also Earth, and Namek. The Dragon Balls cannot be allowed to fall into the enemy's hands.”

“I won't fail, father.” Cooler replies, the two sharing a nod. Seems the two of them have been getting along better than ever, now that Freeza's left and been training in the godly realm.
“What of you, Kars?” King Cold suddenly asks. “While you cannot participate, I know going would net you powers you wouldn't otherwise attain, but will you go? Or stay and protect this universe, that you seek to rule over once I'm long gone?”
“Hmmm.” Kars says, bringing a hand to his chin. Clearly thinking it over, everyone going quiet.

Kars then pulls a strangely familiar-seeming fruit from his Kai robes, holding it up.

“I brought a gift for our universe's fighters, once our team is decided.” he says with a grin. “The Tree of Might's fruit. It will raise everyone's power, just before we go into the tournament. Everything in our power to raise our odds of victory.”
“The Tree of Might? Impressive. I'd though it lost after that Saiyan Bardock lost it.” King Cold says, a hint of something in his tone. “But that will certainly help our cause. And, speaking of our cause. We need to finish determining our team, and establishing a schedule for the time chamber's use. While letting someone use it for a full 24 hours could be beneficial, I think it best to, as your son suggested Karn, spread that out so everyone participating gets at least four months of training.”
“Aside from Chaya, who's already spent two years inside. She can no longer go.” your wife corrects. “But aside from her, everyone else still has time.”

“Ah, so that is the limit.” King Cold nods. “Very well. Let us first figure out the Seventh's defenders. My sons, obviously, as well as Ginyu.”
“Myself and Meloka will be fighting, along with Chaya and Chilli.” you continue. “Which means we need three more.”

“What about Ubo? He could help.” you say, considering it. “And if he's not a good fit, they do seem to have powerful beings on the planet the remaining Kryptonians call home.”
“Kryptonians? They would be strong, initially.” Kars says, tapping his chin. “However, with the rules of the tournament as they are, they'd all be under the effects of a red star, and not that obnoxiously powerful yellow star that empowers the three of them. No. They would be the strongest when the fight starts, but quickly lose strength in the Null Realm. But perhaps they do have allies who're better suited for fighting in that realm. It is worth considering.”

As they talk you quickly focus your ki sense on them. They're all relatively powerful, save for two. One's power comes from his ring that reminds you of the one you'd bested at Dreadzone. Only his ring was yellow, and this guy's is green. And the dark-caped one. Who you turn to, being the weakest being present.

But no one reacts or laughs, the guy looking back and forth as if expecting laughs. Only to physically deflate as no one appreciates his 'joke'.

“This is your guy?” you ask Batman, raising a brow. “You'd put your faith in him?”
“Plas may be... Well he's a lot of things. But one of them is completely impervious to physical damage.” Batman says, gesturing towards him. “Go ahead, give it a try.”
“Hold on, I didn't come over here just to be a-!” he starts, only for Meloka to blitz him. Drawing her Ki Blades, stabbing both straight into his chest. Cutting him off, causing the guy to look down at your wife. “Punching bag. That's not very polite.”

And to your horror, suddenly wraps his entire body around your wife's. Engulfing her in him like when Ginyu absorbed his allies. You have to stop him!

“Hmmm, good question.” he replies, stretching his right hand away as his left goes to his chin, rubbing it. Further and further his hand stretches until you can no longer see it, leaving you all wondering what he's up to. Until his hand starts coming back, holding an entire vehicle in his hands. A long, sleek, black one with what looks like some sort of rocket engine protruding from the back. Setting it down as Batman glares at him. “At least a couple tons.”

Curious, you walk over, getting a grip on the vehicle and lifting. Surprised by its weight, the vehicle looking far heavier than you'd assumed. Even in this world's very light gravity, less than a tenth of New Salda's own, the vehicle is still quite dense.

“Damn, not bad. What did you say your name was again?” you ask the stretchy man, whose grin widens further.
“I'm Plastic Man!” he declares, planting his fists on his hips. Puffing out his chest comically, and raising one of his arms. Flexing his stretchable body.
“Alright, Plastic Man.” you say, taking your fighting stance. “Let's see if you've got what it takes to fight in this tournament.”
“Alright, bring it on, space man!” he replies, stretching his hands. Enlarging his right fist, and shifting his left into a large hammer. “I'll show you what Earth's Stretchiest Hero can do!”

I'm a bit dubious about this one. Because Plastic Man is, pretty much fucking immortal you can just blast the shit out of him and send bits of him flying everywhere. If any of those bits make it out of bounds he's done. And while he can control those parts even when they're apart that doesn't mean he can stop them from flying at mach 3 straight outta town if someone with some Oomph just chucks a bomb at him. Granted all he has to do is pretend to be a rock and stick really hard to the ground and he'll probably go completely overlooked.

there's also piccolo who has his potential unleashed form which we might be able to push to orange with some extra time in the chamber but don't quote me on that

Oh hey the meme came true after all. It is Plastic man. Though I would argue this would be one of the rare instances he locks in for an hour.

Also yes we could kill him probably, if we had DDF up, but as is nah. Maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaybe a Super Nova to make a micro blackhole to eat him but otherwise nothing we have will put him down.

So we have a support-type tank? Not taking any damage at all is pretty huge, but he runs into the same problem that most other nigh-invulnerable characters do, where they do no fuckin' damage. This tournament's lose condition isn't just boxing until you drop, there's ringouts too. I doubt that Plas would go out half as sad as Botamo did in the canon ToP, but he'd have to root himself in place somewhere and not let his pieces fall out of the ring. Or maybe we can use his unique mastery over his body in a sneakier way? All in all, not too sure about this guy.

If you can even HIT him with them outside of point-blank range He can dodge light speed beam and blast attacks, and does so with ease. The best way to eliminate him is freezing him so he turns solid, then chucking him out of bounds before he melts. Or Hit's Time Cage, or just getting Jiren'd. Maji Kaiyo(fuck spelling) shows what happens in that matchup if he fights with zero imagination.

Yeah, you can't KILL him as you are. Considering he was ATOMIZED for 3000 years and recombined his atoms and emerged physically fine, without a hint of damage you can't end him.

A support-only tank, as he can't do DAMAGE. But he has excellent range, and push/pull capabilities. He could crawl along the outside of the ring, grabbing ankles and pitching people off. Or pretending to be the arena itself, moving and causing people to stumble at the perfect moments to be attacked or to protect an ally from being rung out. He's far more creative with his stretch and color change than Ginyu. Just have to wait and see.

Not getting into madness of powerscaling. Because you can't powerscale Toon Force. Consider the time he ate several cities and carried them in his mouth as he leapt from Brainiac's exploding ship. While inflating his head like a hot air balloon. Or any of the really goofy, wacky shit he can do. His biggest threat in the tournament, aside from Jiren, will unironically be Dr. Rota.

He's physically strong enough to overpower Martian Manhunter, choked the Flash unconscious by going up his nose and enveloping him, even turned one of his fingers into Kryptonite against Superman. He's BUSTED, but prefers to play a comic relief role instead of being as actively scary as his powers allow.

Trying to ring him out here is going to give you something to think on for the next 39+hours in character.
