This one is a real shot in the dark because of its age. TinEye has results for the opening still image, but dating back to 2016, so its old. Nothing uncovered for a name for her or other videos besides the one I'm posting.

I'm just wondering if there's more of her.

Yes. That particular thread was about a girl that had a star tattoo on her shoulder, her name was Rachel and she was from North Dakota. However, that's NOT OP's girl of this thread. But, yes, there were other photos of other girls in that thread from the archives you are speaking about. The leg tattooed pic above IS OP's girl though. Comforter matches via color and pattern.
