Pic unrelated, can't find any images at all.
Basically it's kind of an older comic at this point, the artist isn't some big name either. It's all black and white too.
Basically the story is that there's alien/plant seed pod things, emit pheromones and girl walks into it and it's all tentacle stuff inside. I recall it converting them into a walking plant suit thing that goes out and finds others to convert too.
I recall it ending in either a gym or a small store where the doors open and a bunch of fog rolls out and then next panel is a shot of the inside of the store and it's just a bunch of the pods sitting open waiting.
If this rings a bell for anyone, even just the artist name would be a huge help
