Can someone identify this character?

I KNOW the source of this image, is from a doujinshi. What I want to identify is the character, Since I know its from Ragnarok Online game.

But I do not remember this npc, nor those clothes being from a particular class. But I saw this ragnarok doujinshi and I'm curious.

Looked on exhentai, this one is in every language you can image, but in none of the versions the girl is tagged.

What is she? An npc? A class added later?
