I'm used to the rubber rings (>picrel.jpg) instead of the metal or leather ones, but I don't really know how long it is safe to wear it.
I'm comfy with 1-2hrs, but mostly while in site working in the same space,but sometimes I want to use at sleep or while running,
what are the safe limits to wear these?
I want to try it outdoors but guess it is complicated manage to take off if feeling weird.
