How to run AI like the ones on tensorai locally for someone who is a complete beginner? Is it doable or do you need to know basic programming etc?

if you got hardware to run it, then sure. Comfyui is the way to go. There are one click installers of it like comfyui_portable. After that you just need to dowload loads of stuff and put them right places, but no, no programming knowloedge needed
