If a picture causes you pain, this is what you can do to get back on track in your daily life: observe the picture, but do not go further than that. An image does not come equipped with pain, it is your reaction to that image that is generating suffering. So just look at it without letting your mind wander in needless mental commentary. See the image simply as it is, without describing or analyzing it. Gently remind yourself, "It's just a picture," and allow it to be, nothing more. The proliferation of your thoughts creates suffering, if you can refrain yourself from letting your mind spin a narrative around it, you will see the picture without clinging to it. The cessation of thoughts equals the cessation of suffering. And that just proves buddhism is a science of the mind.

>>81464219>what the image means.you decide what the image means by adding a judgement to it
>>81464203 (OP)Why would this image cause pain?
>>81464242I was referring to any image which you associate with pain
>>81464223 No it came before regardless of what I think. I just observe it.
>>81464247Even cartel execution videos don't cause me pain. Does that make me a Zen master?

>>81464203 (OP)buddhists get the *POW* too. You either know what's right and wrong or you don't. and your concept of a Boddhisatva undermines the whole point of Buddhism. both Christianity and buddhism are for normies who are impure and need a spiritual plan to get themselves out of going to hell. But i'll send them to that rightful place.
>>81465451>threatening Christians>with deathYou don't know how this works, do you, anon?
>>81464203 (OP)Nah I'm just gonna hide it and not look at it. Thanks for your concern though, shalom.
